Objective

To tackle challenges and opportunities in remote IT service delivery in particular and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), the Institute of ICT Professionals Ghana and its partners are organizing Tech Entrepreneurs Forum 2022. The Tech Entrepreneurs Forum (TEF) will bring together technology entrepreneurs in the ecosystem that operates in the BPO space. This is an event initiated by the Institute of ICT Professionals Ghana to provide a networking platform for corporate organizations, SMEs, and start-up organizations to exhibit their products and/or services. The maiden edition was held in February 2019. Furthermore, to create a platform for collaboration between tech entrepreneurs within the ecosystem to connect and find synergies for service delivery and customer experience.

The discussions on BPO services will continue on the second day of the Industry-Academia Tech Dialogue (INDAC-TED). The 4th quarterly symposium shall focus on how students and young graduates can be prepared to take advantage of job opportunities in the BPO sector.

Target Group

The forum aims at bringing experts and businesses that provide internet service, office space for remote work, technology hubs/parks, BPO service providers, and offshore remote IT services to help shape the conversations on opportunities in the remote service delivery space for technology entrepreneurs and graduates. Educational Institutions, students, and professionals will participate in the INDAC-TED to discuss preparing for remote work opportunities.
