  1.  Receptionist duties and responsibilities

Receptionists spend most of their time answering phone calls. However, a receptionist may also be responsible for:

  • Making appointments for all staff or for specific employees, such as executives
  • Processing bills and helping clients or customers if they have any questions about their charges
  • Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
  • Directing visitors to the correct office
  • Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner

Qualification and Experience:

  • Diploma or Higher qualification
  • At least 2 years Post qualification is same field

Managing Director Duties and Responsibilities

Under this section, list the functions and responsibilities associated with the position of Managing Director. Managing Director duties and responsibilities include:

Sales and Marketing Job Duties:

  • Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
  • Persists in sales even in the face of failure
  • Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
  • Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
  • Answers questions from clients
  • Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
  • Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
  • Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
  • Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
  • Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
  • Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
  • Makes product appeal to the target market
  • Trains other sales people in the art of selling
  • Makes sure that all salespeople meet quota during a given period
  • Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product

Qualification and Experience:

  • HND or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing or Related Field
  • At least 2 years Post qualification is same field
  • Masters Degree is an Added Advantage.
  • Work experience within and international environment would be a plus, and good English level is required


Content and Programming manager Job Description

The TV Programming Manager is in charge of building grid strategy and schedules of programs for our home-made TV channels.

With his/her team of schedulers, they manage inventories of contents, and plan programs schedules for homemade channels, by using audience analysis and marketing data’s.

 Main duties:

  • Conception of the programming grid (macro and micro) and production of a strategic grid.
  • Micro/Macro Programming
  • Rights management and exploitation
  • Audience analysis, and study of the market competitors programming grids with the marketing teams
  • Daily collaboration with Departments Editorial, Acquisition, Operation, Localization, On Air Promotion and Marketing Programs.
  • Managing special programming events
  • Coordinating material and localization staff
  • Manage a team of schedulers
  • Report and discuss the strategy with the Program Director

Job Requirements & Required Skills:

  • Strong interest into TV culture at local and international dimension
  • Bachelors Degree in Related field or HND
  • Good knowledge of TV industry
  • Understanding of local viewer behavior and trends
  • Knowledge of international and local media regulations
  • Ability to work with scheduling systems and Excel
  • Ability to meet multiple objectives and tight deadlines in an environment with little supervision
  • Ability to be highly organized and work autonomously in a shifting media environment
  • An excellent eye for details
  • Preferred experience in programming and scheduling department for TV industry
  • Good management skills, good relationship, and leadership
  • Work experience within and international environment would be a plus, and good English level is required
