Scope of Work
- Manage day to day IT Issues related to PCs (Hardware & application level) , Network
- Coordination with domain teams & Business team on floor
- Administration of one or many of the Infrastructure elements /services viz. Email, Internet and Security of Central Monitoring Service/Operations/Corporate Projects.
- Follow and implement relevant procedure to ensure compliance to all TIM process
- To coordinate hardware and software upgrades and /or maintenance for above equipment
- Monitoring logs as per security guidelines and for early detection of problems/breaches of policy
- Investigation, diagnosis, resolution, recovery and closure of incidents / Problems. Installation, maintaining and attending day to day user’s problem
- Rectification of HW like desktops and laptops (RAM /Hard disk replacement /upgrades)
- Installation and updating of desktops and laptops operating systems and other software
- Install configuration. and maintain Client Applications
- Troubleshooting of operating systems / Client Applications / Network
- Role requires interaction with Client IT teams as and when required
- Provide good Hands & Feet support to domain teams for their Devices
- Good Understanding from compliance side as per the Project SOW
- Coordination with local vendors
