Appointed Executive Director in 2025 after serving as Director of Learning and Development. A founding member, Fellow of the Ghana School on Internet Governance, and former Ericsson service delivery engineer, Richard runs the secretariat and drives day-to-day delivery of the Institute’s programmes.
