There are about 6,700 people employed in the BPO sector in Ghana. . In 2019, there were over 20 companies offering business process outsourcing services, several IT parks, and over 50 hubs that provide training, incubator, and mentorship services to startups.
The Outsourcing Destination Guide Ghana is an independent publication by Deutscher Outsourcing Verband e.V. (German Outsourcing Association) as a joint initiative with DSAA e.V. and GIZ.
