There are times when  you need to put a password on some documents. A simple way is to create an encrypted archive with those files. Chances are that you already have installed a copy of Winzip,  WinRAR, or The Unarchiver(Mac) or any other archiving software. Just create a new archive, select to encrypt the files and password protect them.
